IMPROVING SUCCESS

To help improve our placement success rate, Advanced Outsource (AO) undertake a pre-screening process for each proposed candidate which includes:

  • Interviews with candidates.
  • Working style assessment.
  • Reference checks (by AO or the potential client).
  • Pre-screening checks (Illicit Activity Checks / Credit Checks / Identification Verification, Driver’s License Verification).
  • Transition inductions.

Clients may request copies of the candidate’s supporting documents (Identification documentation, Reference Letters, Academic Qualifications, etc.) once the candidate has been shortlisted.

When a client schedules an interview with a candidate, the client (new or existing) automatically accepts the AO terms and conditions.
